Inside House Tour: Page 1
This is the first of a series of web pages that take you on a photo tour of the inside of our home at Starview Ranch. Since we moved from a much larger home not too long ago (Sept. 1999) we still find ourselves re-arranging things every so often. Some day, everything will fit just the way we like it (smile). Until then, the following pages show what things looked like between October, 1999 and April, 2000. |

The front entryway with a coat closet to the left of the video tape racks. The collection of coffee cups above the entryway came from different cities we visited when I was a traveling Data Processing Consultant. The collection is two rows deep. |

View from the front entryway. To the right is the music room, behind the entertainment unit is the kitchen, with a breakfast bar to the left of the swivel-base TV, and to the left (out of view) is the dining room / family room. The hallway, which can just barely be seen on the left edge of the photo, leads to the utility room / back entrance and the master suite. Yes, the ceilings are vaulted throughout the entire house. |

Our living room. The comforter folded up underneath the coffee table is a kitty sleeping place (smile). This photo was taken from the music room. The open area to the right is the dining room/family room where the fireplace is. The view out the front windows is to the Southwest. |

This one was taken from the dining room and shows off our beautiful vaulted ceilings quite nicely. The hallway on the left leads to the hall bathroom and two small bedrooms, one of which is the office / computer room. |

Our music room, with an electronic drum set, guitar, piano, Native American flutes (on top of the piano), and even a fax machine. Carla's concert flute, our electronic keyboards and MIDI gear are in other rooms. This would normally be the dining room, but it's the only place the drum set and piano would fit. So, the family room became our dining room. And not to be outdone, Abby is also posing on her Cat Nap, just for y'all (smile). |

Here is the family room, which we turned into a dining room. The wood-burning fireplace is mostly out of view behind the table. It has glass doors and quite an elaborate mantle / shelving unit around it. The ceiling fan helps keep us cool when it's warm. |
